Golliwog dolls are unacceptable even among the ranks of (most) Tory faithful, yet they are still legitimately on sale in tourist townsI recently had the pleasure of hearing from the Conservative MP Robert Goodwill, on the vexed question of “golliwog” dolls. These dolls, despite being the subject of dubious collecting fads and a regular feature at BNP festivals, aren’t exactly in vogue.
