Even though this is only the 12th episode, this show has had so much going on (fake junkie hitmen/pretend pregnancies/disappearing frenemies), that the return of evil drug dealer/strip club owner Macawi (you know, the one that got Bridget in this complicated mess in the first place) is almost a surprise.
