Michael O’Shea euromillions: Rollover time on the benefit lottery
RICHARD LITTLEJOHN: Back in 2005, Mr O’Shea and his wife Jean scooped the top prize in the EuroMillions Lottery. Since then, he has pocketed £31,500 in state handouts. Oh, and every three years they get a free car courtesy of the Motability racket.
