China blames Tibet deaths on ‘separatist plots’

Campaigners say at least three Tibetans, possibly many more, were shot dead in closed region in worst unrest since 2008Chinese officials have blamed separatist plots to attack police and public buildings for clashes that led to Tibetan deaths.
