Chilean policeman jailed for assaulting photographer
A Chilean military court sentenced a police officer to 541 days in prison for attacking a news photographer. But the journalist, Víctor Salas of the EFE agency, said he would appeal in order to seek a harsher sentence against the officer, Iván Barría Álvarez.
