PIP breast implant boss Jean-Claude Mas charged with causing bodily harm
After hours of questioning by investigators, Mas was released on €100,000 bail and banned from leaving FranceFrench authorities have filed preliminary charges against the founder of a French firm at the centre of a global health scare over faulty breast implants. Jean-Claude Mas, 72, head of Poly Implant Prothese (PIP), has been placed under investigation on a criminal charge of causing bodily harm.
