How ‘devil’s staircase’ maths formula seems to predict when serial killers will strike next
Researchers at UCLA ‘mapped’ a prolific Russian killer’s pattern of murder, and found it adhered to a formula – driven, they theorise, by brain cells ‘firing’. It could allow police to be ready when killers strike.
