Colin Horsfall, 87, killed Cassie McCord, 16, three days after refusing to surrender his licence
Cassie McCord (pictured), a 16-year-old student, suffered severe head injuries after being hit Colin Horsfall as he swerved onto the pavement in Colchester, Essex and struck her and another pedestrian.
